In response to the airports' overall development and long term expansion
plans, a new vision for the retail areas was developed. Proposals for
the existing and new terminal buildings were developed both land side
and airside. Unit size and position was optimised relative to specific
customer groups within the terminals.
The project also sees includes the refurbishment of the landside public
areas which is currently ongoing.
Herbert & Duncalf have considerable experience in airport retailing and
can provide services from master-planning, revenue predictions and outline
design through to detail design.
