Modern American Steak House or 'MASH' for short is the brainchild of
Danish Sommeliers and Restaurateurs Jesper Boelskifte, Eric Gimmel and
Rasmus Oubaek their ambition was to bring the style and quality of a New
York steakhouse to Denmark.
We were commissioned to create an environment that transported diners
to a Stateside steak house for the evening.
