Designed by Mike in 2005, the Award winning Umami restaurant serves contemporary
Japanese cuisine, and has gained an international reputation for its dining
experience.
Following Umami's success we were commissioned to create a new bar experience
that complemented the restaurant and, with its fantastic cocktails, was
also a destination in its own right.
Ubar was completed in August 09.
